NEXLeaders.com is a micro-mobile learning platform in partnership with Gnowbe aimed to consistently engage with learners, change their mindsets and transform the work culture. Their mission is to create an accessible educational platform to nurture values, engage hearts, and exchange ideas so as to foster the next generation of leaders.

In the early stages of the site’s redesign process, I was involved in coming up with wireframes for the new mobile version of the platform. I worked with another designer whose primary role was to create the final UI design, whereas my role was to establish the information architecture as well as the user flows (the overall user experience and design rationales).

My focus was to bring out NEXLeader’s mission and inspirational quality of the speakers, who aimed to educate millennials. I was involved in some of the copywriting to inspire stronger call to actions, while attempting to make it as straightforward for the users as possible.
