SOTA PARENTS: LOGO RE-DESIGN

'SOTA Parents Association' is a voluntary network of SOTA students' parents coming together to provide complementary resources to support and enhance students' development within and beyond the school.
I was approached to come up with a new design for the SOTA Parents' logo, where I produced a recomposition from its former design, with a fresh original narrative.
In the re-design's narrative, the blue and yellow triangles represent the ‘parents', while the green triangle represents the 'child' or 'SOTA student'. As the colour red is known to be the 'complementary colour' of the colour green, it thus represents 'SOTA Parents Association’, as a network that provides its “complementary resources and support” to the SOTA student community. The triangles would form a shape resembling a 'P' which would stand for "Parents" as the symbol and logo for the SOTA Parents Association.
