'Supernova 16' is an external leadership camp that took place in 2016, organised by Tampines East Community Centre. Its aim was to engage campers from different secondary school with collaborative, intellectually challenging and exciting physical activities, following the key principles of leading, adapting and overcoming.

I was the designer for the logo and camp t-shirt of 2016's theme. That year the theme of the camp was ‘Intergalactic Survival’, following a narrative where a group of alien races had to work together to survive a supernova event that destroyed their individual homelands.

The logo was inspired by the dynamic image of a supernova, which is a supergiant explosion caused from the death of a star in space.
